My name is Andres Arango, I hereby want to express my thanks to American Walk-In for the excellent service I have received from the doctors and the staff. When I went for the first time it was an emergency, my blood pressure was very high and I believe I was in serious danger, but thanks to the care and professionalism of this clinic they treated me, for this reason I want everyone to know the wonderful work that these people do. They saved my life!

Greetings,
It is indeed my pleasure to confirm to you and to whomever will have the opportunity and the patience to go through this note, to reconfirm that I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Cubas for more than 8 years, always thankful for the professional and courteous manners he has handled my medical needs.
While the "emergency" sign on the door may be misleading to many, I consider doctor Cubas practice a veritable "Family practice"", that wonderful type of Medical Professional who, a familiar figure in the "humane world" we grew up a while back has been regretfully mutilated into sterile and impersonal "clinics" with way too many forms to fill in and specialists without a hearth and a soul and lack of personality. Over the years Dr Cubas has cured me as well as detected several minor problems as well as being the one to discover anomalies in my blood count to direct me to a prostate cancer specialist and remove the contamination in its early stage.
Again and again I have referred many friends to him and, without failure, everyone that has been under his attention, has been very satisfied of the professional and friendly manners received.
Realizing how difficult and frustrating the medicine world has become with all of the fiscal and insurance grievances that his proactive must face, Doctor Cubas still comes across as that smiling and caring individual I met 8 years ago, something not only unique but a reconfirmation that, no matter how hard mankind is doing its best to make this world a very superficial and impersonal place, there are still people who emerge from that material flatness and make you want to believe that in the end, there are people out there who do care! Maybe not the glacial splendor of the Cleveland Clinic granite fortress but, by far, a much more inviting and personal environment to have your "sores" tended to.
Thank you Doctor Cubas, I know that sometimes it's tempting to consider alternatives; I hope that this note will give you the additional motivation to stick to what you do best. Best regards and take good care, please.
Best regards and take good care, please.
