Coming from Aventura:

1. Merge onto I-95 North
2. Take the SHERIDAN St.
3. Continue on Sheridan St for 15 to 20 Minutes
4. Pass over I-75, In the NW corner of I-75 and Sheridan St
5. Make a Right at first light after I-75 Overpass, into the Coquina Plaza
6. We are behind the Mc Donald’s
7. Luminous sign with Red Letters that say URGENT CARE at 6870 Dykes Rd Southwest Ranches, FL 33331-4663

Coming from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (Hollywood, Fl):

1. Get out of hotel, you will see a road called Seminole Way
2. From Seminole Way ask or find State Road 441  
3. On ST Road 44/S-SR7 make a RIGHT going SOUTH
4. You will pass Stirling Road, keep going SOUTH until you reach Sheridan Street 
5. Turn RIGHT at SHERIDIAN ST./ NW 25th St, Continue WEST on SHERIDIAN ST/NW 25th St  for about 18 minutes.  
6. You will get to the I-75 expressway overpass, go over it.
7. Turn RIGHT at the  FIRST light after I-75 Overpass, into Coquina Plaza Shopping
8. You will see a McDonalds, we are Behind McDonalds

Coming from Miami:

1. Merge onto FL-826 North (Palmetto Expressway)
2. Merge onto I-75 N toward NAPLES  
3. Take the SHERIDAN St. WEST exit- EXIT 11B.
4. Merge onto SHERIDAN ST west until the first light  
5. Make a Right turn at the FIRST light after exit, into Coquina Plaza  
6. We are behind the Mc Donald’s

Coming from Pompano Beach:

1. Merge onto I-95 South  
2. Take the I-595 / SR-736 / DAVIE BLVD exit- EXIT 26- toward I-75 drive for about 8 minutes.  
3. Take the I-595 exit- EXIT 26C-D- toward I-75 / FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE.
4. Merge onto I-595 W via EXIT 26D toward I-75 / FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE drive for about 8 minutes.  
5. Merge onto I-75 south via the exit on the LEFT toward MIAMI.
6. Take the SHERIDAN St. WEST exit- EXIT 11B
7. Merge onto SHERIDAN St. west until the first light
8.Make a Right turn at FIRST light, into Coquina Plaza

1. Turn onto S POWERLINE RD / FL-845 S drive 25 minutes
2. Turn RIGHT onto FL-869 S / SAWGRASS EXPY S (Portions toll). Drive 15 minutes.
3. FL-869 S / SAWGRASS EXPY S becomes I-75  
4. Take the SHERIDAN St. WEST exit- EXIT 11B
5. Merge onto SHERIDAN St. west until the first light one minute
6. Make a Right turn into into Coquina Plaza
7. We are behind the Mc Donald’s
